Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays may occur when there is a high volume of orders or courier/postal service problems outside of our control. If this is the case, we will endeavour to keep you updated.

We offer free shipping in the UK.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. King & Allen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
